    Hi.. I'm here because of sexual abuse and rape by my family when I went to live with them briefly, and because i'm not coping with my husband and son. I often feel very trapped and claustrophobic, even though my husband is very kind and understanding. I guess.. i'm looking for help, even though i'm very scared of reaching out.
