This is actually turning out to be harder on me psychologically than I initially anticipated.

It is difficult to come to terms with things when finding answers does not bring the peace you had anticipated, and makes things more challenging. It is a complex feeling, good and bad, confusing and clarifying. I wish I had the answers, but I hope that you find peace in this.

Some of the things I am starting to remember, some of the suspicions I am have and some of the things I beginning to believe are true make me thinks it was much worst then what I did remember.
