Well, I moved barns a few more times.... Long story short back to managing a barn full time.  My horse went lame when I tried to put him back into full work (dressage, rather than something where he can move freely).  Have to have a vet come out and do a lameness exam and possibly prescribe something: seems to be an old stifle injury acting up.  I am riding someone else's mare with the intention of showing her this season in dressage (probably in August).  Started taking Martial Arts as well.  And my foster dog ended up staying.  I'm going to keep this short, since it is bed time but here are some pictures to look at:

Hello Peppermint! For some pets moving into a new place can be stressful. It doesn’t matter if it is a cat or a dog or even a horse. It is still a new environment for them and they need some time. Last year I’ve decided to sell my farm and I moved with my cats, my dog and my horse to my grandpa’s old farm. I thought that it will be harder for my cats to move into a new environment and will be easier for my other pets. But surprisingly my cats were fine with a new house, for my dog, it took approximately 1 week to adjust for new land, however, my horse is too old to adjust quickly for new living conditions. I am thinking to let my old horse enjoy her days and getting a new horse. Found some useful info on petsoid about different horse breeds. Maybe I will find a suitable horse to live with me on a farm.
