I'm Alex. 17, female. Was sexually abused last year and need a plce where other people understand what I'm going through...I feel so much shame and guilt and so many other things...
I'm also depressed, was recently diagnosed with PTSD, self-injury, and am at times anti-social/avoidant of all people.

(((Alex))) Welcome to After Silence. I am sorry you have reason to be here and in so much pain, but glad you found the way to this site. Remember, the guilt and shame belongs to the abuser(s) NOT you. Know that we walk with you in your healing journey. I hope you find this site as supportive as I do. Be kind to yourself
