you can place a pic under your username by clicking on "Control Panel / Options" on the right top of the forum (under your username) and then clicking on "Edit Profile". If you scroll down all the options you'll find "Avatar URL:" where you can place the URL of a picture and it will show up under your username.
You should upload the pic to your server but if you don't have one or if it sounds too complicated (I knew nothing about it myself before having my site!) you can just let me know which pic you would like to use and I'll be happy to upload it for you and place it in your profile
