I'm not sure how to begin the healing process. My "incident" happened at 19, and I am now 28, so it's somthing I've been holding back for quite some time.

It's a big step eh? It's painful at first, sometimes really painful, coming to that realization. The best thing you can do is talk when you feel comfortable enough to do so. It helps the healing process. Just know we're all here for ya, and over time, things get easier to deal with.
