Hi everyone,

I'm not sure what to say. Trying to heal from multiple wounds on my soul from almost 2 years ago. I need support. Two so called friends don't give a single hoot and have completely shunned me. After I told them about the rapes. I now know that they were never my friends. It's just me, myself and I. I'm miserable and try to keep on cheering myself up for the past two years. But it is getting really old real fast. Therapy is helping but it is not enough. My family is a continent away and don't know anything about it. We talk but I haven't seen them for years. Being all alone is so hard.

Welcome to AS. I am sorry that you have suffered multiple wounds, but know that you have found a supportive site. I'm sorry that the ones who called themselves friends, weren't. It's a hard thing to feel alone, but be sure that here, at AS, you are never alone. The healing journey is long and hard, but we are all doing it together.

Thank you Mary. This journey seems never ending. I'm glad I've found a place where I will not be judged and shunned. Well at least I hope not. I'm really fragile.
