New But Not Really

Hello Everyone,

I was on here for perhaps a year or more under the name Mariam, and lost my password and the ability to access my account when the format of the forums changed. Was never able to get that resolved, so I finally made up my mind to start a new account, and here I am! I have missed those of you I used to PM or just see around. I was worried that my sudden disappearance might have alarmed you- I'm okay (I mean, yknow, I am existing) and didn't mean to bail on you like that. I'm very, very happy and relieved to be reconnected with this community and will be happy to meet newer members.

Hi!

I'm also "new, but not really new"...I was an After Silence member for several months about one year ago. Then, I don't know what happened, but I was no longer able to access the website and gave up trying after several weeks.

Recently, I thought I would check again and found out that After Silence is up and running again! Yeah! I'm very happy about that. That is wonderful news. I found out that I could no longer access the website with my old password, so I went ahead and opened a new account. I have kept the same username.

I am looking forward to reconnect with old friends here. I'm hoping to be able to access the chat room soon. I don't seem to be able to do so even though I have over 11 posts. Could anyone help me out with that?
