Hello everyone!

I'm not really sure of how to introduce myself. I actually made this account a while ago, but I don't think I was completely ready to use it until now. I thought I was doing better in my healing process the past few years, but was recently triggered during an incident that occurred at work. It affected me more than I really let anyone know and I'm still working through it all. I'm ready to start sharing more about it, but writing has always seemed safer to me than talking and trusting people. Looking forward to interacting with other people who finally "get it."
