I have a few weeks off from the board thanks to a flu like bug .. :angry: As a result I have missed welcoming a lot of new people to the board so I hope you don't mind me lumping this as a general WELCOME .... :greet:

I hope that you all find AS useful in your own healing journeys ... I have been a part of this wonderful community for a while now and I miss it when I'm not around so I look forward to seeing family we have here growing and learning off each other ..
