I know that there is a spot on here to delete cookies on this website. Why doesn't it ever work for me?

I am not really sure as I don't use it - but will give it a go later - however you can delete cookies by going to

tools

internet options

delete

delete cookies

ok

perhaps try that and see if that works for you?
