Uploading Pictures

Hi, I've been trying for the last half-hour to upload my picture to put in survivors snapshots, I dont know what I'm doing wrong but it keeps telling me I have not selected a file to upload. There are at least 5 photos of me floating around cyber space as we speak!!!!Scary thought, Can anyone advise, do you load it into 'my controls' first?

This is how I do it

write caption

scroll down and click browse

double click photo

click upload

click add reply
