Hello everyone. My names is Jen. I stumbled across this site and I am hoping it helps my healing journey. I went to my PCP requesting help on 1/8/15. I did not disclose to her the full reason why. After waiting and waiting for a referral to psychiatrist (because my PCP did not even want to try and manage my symptoms), I have my first appt. in early May. So not only am I having to deal with what has happened to me, now I am frustrated that it will take five months before I begin to get help........so I found this site and I am hoping to begin some kind of resolution here. Thanks for listening.....

We have all experienced some type of Sexual Assault, so we understand how you feel.

You first appointment with your Psychiatrist is in early May, that is only a few weeks from now.
