I have been looking for a place to talk to others who understand what I feel and that even though it is almost 27 years later it still is painful to endure.

Without going into too much detail per the pinned post, I was molested by someone close to me until it was discovered at the age of 8.

It's been almost 32 years for me, so I get it. The good thing is that we are both here now and we want to be and feel better. We deserve it.
