Hi Ally,

Even if you aren't so new, welcome! Everyone is different, but believe me when I say that I know many people aren't comfortable straight away. Sometimes you need to find your footing and feel safe. I'm glad you didn't give up on the site, as I believe AS to be a supportive and beneficial. I hope you will find it that way to. I am very sorry tho, that you have experienced a trauma at all. I do wish you well on your healing journey.

Thank you! I am sorry for what you have experienced as well but am glad to hear that you and others have found methods that actually aid in the healing process.....it seems almost impossible at times

Don't worry about being brave...you took a big step in joining our site and i'm glad you took the time to feel ready before moving ahead. It's okay to go at your own pace and only do what feels comfortable.
