Thirty years is a long time, I know. I hit the 30 mark, too. Like you, the last year has been bad for me, and that is why I think that I was a seeking a place like this. It feels good to be able to talk with people who seem to understand. I was alone before, now I am not. You are not alone either. I wish you well on your healing journey.

This forum has been super supportive and u will find tons and tons of support here ...I have PTSD as well and finding it a bit easier to get through the triggers and all the symptoms that come with it ...U will heal as well ....I had a very tough year as well but bigger and better things coming for all of us as we deserve that ...
