I just want to say sorry for my recent absence , I haven't been here for a while, I have been dealing with someone who was on the brink of a breakdown and was demanding a lot of my time, so as I result I burned out.

thank you all for your support and understanding, it was an overwhelming situation I found myself in, and then discovered I was being used by this person, as a result my self-belief suffered , but thankfully I am okay now,
