Hi Everybody-- My name is Kara and I am 25 years old. I kidded myself for a long time and convinced myself I was fine. I have now reached a roadblock. I am not fine. I have hit a brickwall. I realize I can't do it alone. I am hoping this place is a good place to start. A big Hi to everyone.

Welcome to AS! I too tried to tell myself that I was fine and that I could handle this on my own. It only took me 15 years to figure out that I wasn't doing a very good job. You should be proud of yourself. The first post is a big step. This is a great place to start. The people here are so caring and welcoming. If you need anything we will be here for you.
