I am new to this site and have been struggling with how the forums work. Had lots of technical problems that I think I have attributed to AOL, yippee. I am really looking forward to having a group of friends that understand what I am going through.

I started EMDR therapy this week and it drained me completely. I had no idea how hard healing could be.....it sounded so simple. Burying it for 30 years almost seems easier although I know that this is what I have to do so I can stop repeating my self destructing relationship patterns.

Hey Sandy,

I'm learning this thing too. I'm excited to talk with others as well. the only therpy I have ever had is the Lord. He is good all the time. Look forward to talking with you. Based on your message it sounds like we may be around the same age.
