Hi all!

I just thought id introduce myself. I live in England and i am a survivor of childhood and adulthood abuse and rape. I have my horrendous days and my okish days. Rarely i have my happy days. I would like to get to that place in my healing where i have more happy days than horrendous days! Don't we all?! At the moment i feel very and i desperately want to feel

I hope i can give and receive here. I hope everyone is as well as they can be today.
