I have recently started to acknowledge what happened to me. After almost 9 months, I'm finally ready to start talking. To me it's more beneficial to be able to talk to people who can understand how I'm feeling than those who don't. To everyone on this site, you're not alone and it's ok to be scared.

Thank you everyone! My family tells me I need to move on, but they don't know what it feels like to recover from this. AS has already helped me just by knowing there are people out there who care.
