New Here...saying Hello

Hello everyone, I'm glad to find After Silence. I'm a survivor of multiple experiences of trauma (molested by father, sexually abused by a teacher in junior high, and sexually assaulted by a stranger). Although I have severe, chronic PTSD, I would say that for the most part I have healed - or at least learned how to manage the PTSD symptoms - with the help of therapy and lots of work on my own. But lately I've felt the need for extra support and wanted to try out an anonymous, public forum.

It's a little intimidating to be here! So we'll see how it goes...

I'm new here too.. really need to talk to some other people who know what i'm going through.. its coming up to year anniversary & i feel like i'm losing my mind.. so many emotions i'm feeling angry sad hurt determined its like a rollercoaster at the minute help!!
