I joined a few days ago but haven't had the courage to post until now...I'm shy .

I'm 22 and trying to deal with things that happened to me as a child. I find it difficult to talk about that stuff, but hopefully talking about it will help.

Hi Peach, welcome! Talking about it at first can be hard, but after a while gets way easier, at least that's been my experience. I'm glad you're beginning to heal while so young! Many people don't face it till their 50's, 60's..... Best of luck & see you on the boards. =)

I'm a shy one here too around people I Don't know!! (BUt I've gotten to know AS very well and it's not a bad place:))

And you know what? It can be overwhelming, but that's why I'm here! To make it as comfortable as possible!

How about starting in the Humour and Silliness SEction- it's very laid back and relaxed. We have fun here too:)

You can take it as slow or as fast as you like. Here you work at your own pace. Let me know if you need anything else.
