Back After 4 Years

Hello,

I was here 4 years ago. I found the site helpful, but I left because being on this site was just another secret that I was keeping. I am tired of keeping secrets. Shame plays a huge part in all aspects of my life and I would like to deal with that and move on at some point. I am back now feeling a little stronger. I am going to try to share the site with my husband at some point, but not quite feeling ready to do that yet.

I dont tell my husband about the site not because Im trying to be secretive but because its not really his business. He dosent ask what I do on the internet and I dont ask what he dose. shame is a powerful weapon and hopefully you can overcome it. I dont know you but I do know you deserve to feel worthy and happy. You deserve to feel free from the chains that hold you back. This site is a wonderful thing and you deserve to use it if you so choose to. Stay strong and hopeful! Hope is a stronger weapon than shame you just have to know how to use it.
