catoz Posted December 12, 2010 Share Posted December 12, 2010 I went for a float tank session. Freaked out a little bit at first (dark), but then settled into it, and it was wonderful. First time since the attack that I've been calm/relaxed. Feeling only lasted four or five hours, but I'm going to do it again next week. Working with my T to teach my body that it can let down its defenses, that it's not going to happen again -I think this will help. Link to post
