What Did You Do For You Today?

I hauled Terrence the Turtle to T with me. And sat holding him from the minute I hit the waiting room.

I went to see a dear friend of mine and we spent a few hours talking.

I applied ice to my leg when I realized I needed it.

Got some new tshirts...and nutritional shakes since I have trouble eating.

I did my own thing in art class, not much caring what everybody else was doing. It turned out okay, I guess.

I went to lunch with a close friend who lives out of town.

I hid.

Just relaxed my brain.

Slept!

Today I watched some junkfood TV and let myself get into it.

Went for a three hour ride on my horse, it was AWESOME

When my pal PorkPie offered to buy me lunch, I accepted. What's more, I ate every bite and didn't even have to fight (much) to keep it!

Went to the gym and now I am going back to bed.

Allowed myself to take a nap since I'm not feeling well.

I was easy on myself about my little meltdown yesterday.

Took the day off work to be with my kids.

I spent a couple hours looking at travel websites and planning my dream vacation.

I bought a new summer dress cause the strap on my old one,a fave,snapped.

Today I sat on the porch with Ladybug and Bee and appreciated the view as Lawn Dude mowed the grass!

I made myself get dressed and go outside for a walk.

Got back to the gym and back on my food plan! (been a while)

I spent the few hours I had to myself -ahem- running around the house in pjs and watching tv. Hell yeah.

I bought fall/winter clothing that fits me better than my old stuff.

I also bought a felt board for $1. There will be some major fun to be had, with that.

I got free bread from the bread basket. And at the grocery store, I stocked up on protein foods that were on sale. Pea beans ahoy!

I cleaned out one of my art junk drawers. Now there's room for more fun art stuff!
