Went to see a movie with my man.

Went to church and came home and took a nap!

I decided to get myself a silly-cute t shirt I found online. And soon as the check clears the bank, I'm gonna order it!

I watched two Richard Pryor dvds. Funny man...

Went to therapy!

I sat and watched So You Think You Can Dance, doing quick little sketches during the commercials.

I cleaned my wedding ring.

Stayed in out of the heat!

Immersed myself in my current art class project...a collage! This one combines two of my favorite art forms, acrylic paint and collage. (And I do mean the word immersed literally-- I had acrylic paint almost to my elbows!)

Took care of things to get ready for my trip.

I loved my husband.

Today I rested.

Today I just sat back and enjoyed the music at my house of worship. Didn't try to clap along or do anything at all but listen and enjoy. And later, I didn't force myself to socialize; just sat quiet and listened to the people around me. It was nice.

Went to T yesterday to help further my healing journey.

Today, I am taking my kids on a camping trip! All packed....s'mores here I come!!!!!!!!!

Today I took a friend out to lunch, tried out a new restaurant. (This week was my turn, next week is hers!) The food was great, the service spectacular, and we had a grand old time.

went lap swimming - i am so not an athlete or in shape, but i am finding that the water is very calming and helps me clear my head
