Hi Six,

I agree with Becky. It's never really what we get to decide. Honestly I think that we start to deal with it when our body thinks it's ready. I was depressed a couple of years ago and just couldn't deal with it and last year I started getting memories when I Was perfectly happy! I'm glad you have joined us.
