I know, unfortunatly for others, that I'm not alone. And neither are you. Due to what happened to me, I have developed alot of problems that are ruining my life. It haunts me too, but having something like the board/chat helps quite a bit. I guess the first step to helping yourself out is realizing you have problems that you don't want to be there and deciding to do something about it (scary bit). I know I do. I'm glad you're taking a step towards healing.
