Hello, my name is Jessica. Have never tried anything like this before, but I hope it will help. Very unsure of what to do, or post....Im only three days out from what happened to me, and having a hard time, but I wanted to introduce myself. Thank you to everyone who participates in After Silence and tries to help...even this early, it means alot to see how supportive all of you seem to be.
