Hello, I'm twenty two years old and I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, emotional abuse and physical abuse. I've been dipping in and out of therapy for years but I've never really done any extensive work. And recently I've been noticing some behaviors in myself that I'm not so fond of. I'm hoping to use this forum as a supplement to my formal therapy, a way to converse with others who understand.
