New And Nervous

A friend of mine told me about aftersilence. i am a survivor and I have spent

years healing. I am glad to find aftersilence, because I am having a particularly

difficult time lately. I am a little nervous about posting in a public forum, but I am

giving aftersilence a try as my friend finds it very helpful. I worry a lot about doing

the wrong thing, and in this moment I am worrying that I will post details that

don't belong under this topic. So i will just say hello for now. Thank you for providing
