i am 38. twenty years of abuse then ten years of freedom. now it has happened again and i am trying to start all over. i hope to find patience here. i struggle with ptsd. self-injury, depression, did, and identity issues. because i have been a survivor in the past, i hope to contribute as well.

Welcome to after silence, you are safe here. You can tlk about anything you want. I am so sorry for want you have had to go through and are going through, you shouldnt have to being endureing that...it isnt right. It also isnt your fault. You are not alone!
