First Step To Healing? Getting Help!

Hey everyone, my name is Kim. My story is interesting. I've known for years that I have been suffering from something. I just couldn't find the core of the issue. I'm a HUGE fan of Mariska Hargitay and Law & Order: SVU. Through that connection I became a member of Joyful Heart Foundation. It was when I connected to JHF that I realized that for nearly two decades I was still broken and traumatized from my past. Now that I FINALLY had help in discovering the real issue, I took the first step towards healing. I joined this site in hopes that talking to people who have been through the same thing, and seeking counsel will help start this long healing process ahead of me. I really look forward to getting to know some of you and helping each other on this healing journey! God bless!
