Ummm how do I reply to a thread or post without it automatically quoting the person.... or is the procedure generally just to delete the quote manually

If you scroll down just a bit further - lower than the "reply - you will see where where fast reply and add reply - you can click on either of those and it will add your reply without quoting it

Hi Skycat,

When you want to respond to a post just click on add reply or fast reply. It should not quote anything and just be a blank screen for you to type. The only time it should Quote anything is if you actually hit quote on the bottom of the post. Hope that helps

awesome thanks , I was going for the bottom buttons of threads, I kind of missed the other ones at the bottom
