Hi...new Here

Hello everyone;

I am new here but not new to trying to recover...survive..thrive. I find myself in need of support with old and new issues...I am aware that silence in this case is not golden and I need to have a space where I can get it all out.

I was really hoping that I had buried all the old stuff...but wit new issues .everything seems like it's now..so I'm hoping to find my feet on the path of recovery here and to remind myself that I"m still me.
