Hello everyone. My name is Tierra and I am 21 years old. I have been searching online for a long time for support and stuff for some things and haven't come across anything I felt comfortable with. However, I have been reading some stuff in the forums and feel this is the right place for me. So, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself so we can get to know each other. I have three hobbies which are writing poetry, doing american sign language to songs, and rollerblading. My life pretty much consists of those three things that I enjoy doing and I am also attending college. Although I write in a mature manner, I am very childish. But I love it! I am pretty small framed and look like a 16 year old so it gives me a great excuse for my childish behavior and actions. lol. I am a pretty hyper person. I enjoy talking a lot and just trying to find happiness in life. I know it has to be somewhere. Happiness, where aaarrrreeeee youuuuu???? lol. JK. Anyways, more about me is I am a pretty open honest person when not standing face to face with someone. Oh, and this next thing is good about me...i LOVE kids! Little people as I call them, lol, are so fun, loving, and they seem to be too young to judge you or think you're stupid. I could live with kids forever :-) That's what I am going to college for. I want to work with kids in kindergarden or pre-school. I like being a part of kids lives that have the possibility of such a bright future ahead of them. Hmmm, well, I think that's all for now. I should also note that I am very uncomfy around males, even on the computer so if you are a male, please do not give me compliments as that might be triggering to me. Thanks! Hi I'm cindy welcome to as. I would love to get to know you my pm box is always open I'm not a kid either but I still like to do kid things with my son. I can't skate without landing very hard on the ground and believe me ouch its not to fun so I stay on two feet without wheels I still am clutzy my brain injury created a stumble but but its the least of the difficulties I was left with but I always try to look at rainbows to always give me comfort hope and courage to keep going forward so I know its not all dark. Hot applecider is a comfort for me when I m really struggling I have a wonderful 13 year old adopted severly tortured abused in every way child he has multiply brain injuries and I'm trying to create a new life for him and break the family chains of horrid horrid horrid child abuse. I adore this young man and I wouldn't know what to do with out him. Hugs if ok loce cindy
