Hi...seeking Understanding

Hi everyone,

First of all I'd like to say that this seems like a wonderful forum. I've been on a few boards for other issues and I could tell straight away that after silence was a place where I would be safe.

I guess I have joined to get some information. I have very recently started telling my therapist details about events in my life which has been incredibly hard. It has raised all sorts of questions in my mind, which I thought I might be able to answer by finding out about other people's experiences. I also very much need to talk in a place where I won't be judged. I am going through a very hard time right now and I could really use your support to get through it.

I'm not sure if I will post my story (I'm scared that somehow He will be here and read it) but I'll be around the place.
