Newbie here. Its a trip to read the candid posts on here. Very raw and in your face. Its hard to trust people in my everyday life with the knowledge of my journey. It definetly changes their perspective of me. But until they walk in my shoes they can never fully understand how my brain is wired/rewired from the trauma. Heck its been a long time and I'm still figuring it out, still struggling with it. I hope it helps me to understand myself and heal by being a part of this forum.
