Hello From Another Survivor

Hello everyone,

I found this forum after googling. I read the introduction on what the forum is used for and I joined because I think I will find it helpful to me, and hopefully I'll be able to help others in return.

I am a survivor of SA in childhood. I used to keep it all boxed up in the back of my mind but I'm finding certain things in day to day life trigger me off. After having therapy for quite a long while, I realised it wasn't helping me for various reasons, so I figured I would join a forum which specialises in SA as I knew I would feel more comfortable behind a screen rather than face to face as I wont be thinking people are judging me. So I hope I have found this here.
