Hi my name is Samantha, friends call me Sam. I just joind the site and I'm a survivor of a sexual assault from about a year ago. I've really tried sweeping it under that rug and pretending that it didn't happen but slowly its distroying my life. I was just divorced because of it and I have so many questions but its hard to get answers when you don't tell anyone about it. I'm hopeing that joining this site will provide me with some answers and help me to get past this horrible time. I look forward to meeting all of you and us helping each other to get past this.

I think it's important to open up to one another, share our compatibilities so we don't become reckless and self-destructive, through the same and guilt of something that was not our fault.

Oh - - thank you so much for checking up on me! I really do appreciate that! It's still pretty new....I just got here. I had the worst time getting in to begin with. Signing in.

But happy to be here. I think I can help a lot of people with my experiences and knowledge in sexual abuses, and at the same time maybe make a friend or two. I am having a hard time after writing and getting my book published.
