I think the title in itself says something. "I'm here" shows me that I'm willing to take a step forward and start admitting to what happened and coming forward about it. I think that it's gonna take a lot but I'm stepping in the right direction. I'm 20 years old and you can call me cheesecake. A fun little nickname I enjoy using. I guess that's really all I have =]

Hi Cheesecake, im new here too. We all have to find some way to accept and move on. I hope we can eventually get to a point that it dosnt hurt anymore. I look at pictures of myself before and see a smile that no longer exists. I am not a spiritual person but have been thinking of looking into it recently. Some people on this site seem to have found help that way. IDK, the things I have read seem to say that there is not "closure" and that we have to make closure within us.......
