Sooo Wounded Scared And Confused

I Just got Raped last week by a guy who i used to date a friend who i thought was a good friend set me up big time.. he forcefully took my clothes of and penetrated in me I TOLD HIM GET OF ME NO! But he never listened I just am confused as this has been the second time within a few years that I have been raped everyone tells me im valued and loved but why do i suffer with PTSD. Anxiety, Bipolar and negativity makes me feel worthless. almost like i deserved everything and now im reliving this hell again but by someone different anyways. I AM Alyssa and I feel like this is all my fault because I am so scared and traumatized I cant report it because I am so scared.. but why do my family and friends act against me

I am sorry for what has brought you here. I understand how you are feeling, it happened me again last July and I know it can be really hard. But remember this is not your fault at all. And don't feel bad for not reporting him many people don't (I talked to the police but did not report)

One peice of advice I got here when it happened in July I would like to share with you: "I don't think your healing progress has completely started over. I think you developed strength and coping techniques along the way that can help you now. You're still traveling the road of healing, but maybe you've just hit a pothole. A pothole that you can get past."
