After 40 Years

After 40 years I feel finally (somewhat) ready to tell a therapist what my first husband did to me. It ruined certain aspects of my life ever since. I will see her for the first time tomorrow. Very anxious. Very glad I found this safe site - thank you to those who started it and all those who share.
