Hi, I'm Laura and I'm 22. I'm not sure what to say except that I've experienced a lot of mental health problems as a result of past things, but spend a lot of time in denial/minimising or attributing symptoms to other things, because I spent a lot of my childhood dissociated and as a result can't remember a lot of things properly.

Anyway, I was hoping being here would be an opportunity to be met with gentleness and comfort in this healing journey, and a greater understanding of what's gone on.
