Hi Rosi - the book is "Resurrection After Rape". I have been trying for years to find counseling; limited by money, no health insurance, etc. so I turned to books to get me started. Of course it's one of those tasks that you want to ignore so every set back I've had has just tacked on more time because dealing with this is something I don't want to deal with!! But I do, things are turning around, I have health insurance now, I'm reading my books and actually partcipating in the exercises, and I found this website - so it's all a huge relief.
