It's ok not to know what to say when you first do something like coming here, and that totally normal, when I first came here I too didn't really know what to say, but over time you'll find yourself able to open up more and more about what happened, and be able to heal from those events, but just take it one step at a time, and I think the fact that you've decided to come here is a great achievement in itself. This is a very healing place to come
