Im a 49 year old guy that has finally managed to get the help he didnt even know he needed. Grown up with an anger inside me that i feared and loathed and always thought was just cos I was an as*hole. Now I know wasnt just an anger was a corrosive ticking time bomb. Thought was all behind me but its like a wake in your ocean always just behind you and if you turn for a second laid out for you to see. Never believed in therapy def from the school of "sort yourself out man" but seeing a wonderful councillor and now the process starts so scare but at same time so energised and positive read some of the posts on here and as selfish as it seems to take any kind of comfort thru the pain of others it does help to know you arent the only one in the world.
