Hello everyone. I am a 26 year old woman who, for the first time, is coming to terms with the childhood abuse I suffered from the ages of 10 to 15, at the hands of my cousins. This process is very difficult. My family doesn't know thus I am handling this on my own.

i was raped a few months ago, and there isn't a day that goes by that i think about what happend.

i've only been able to tell 1 person for some reason. AND THEY DON'T BELIEVE ME

i am so hurt. I've been raped before but something about this time is different

i don't know whats worst. knowing you were raped and not remember. or remember every horrible detail

Thank you. In the past couple of months this issue has really been rising to the surface more and more. I am a Christian so I've been thinking that God wants me to face it and then start healing. So with the help and love and support of two friends, this past week I've started that. It hurts and it is difficult and I know there is a lot I must face but I know I can do it. I have to for my sake. I want this healing. I also know it's going to be a life-long process but I'm up for it
