Well, I was referred here by a moderator on another board, but when I look around here, it seems that my past hurts are nothing compared to everyone else. Although, I must admit it's a huge relief to know I'm not alone in this. I'll probably post my story some time in the other forum, but for now, I'm here, and I'll just lurk for a while...

Everyone has had experiences in their lives that have been traumatic or heart breaking or have evoked strong emotions within them... I don't think there is a difference if you've been touched inappropriately once, sexually harrassed with words, or r*ped for years.... the feelings are still there, and still real. Some of us take a little longer on our journeys, because we may have more feelings stuffed inside b/c of what we experience... but what brings us all here is the commonality of the feelings we have. And the fact that sometimes, sharing our experience, or pieces of it, or just our feelings about it, can really be a healing thing. We welcome you here, and glad you have had the courage to post what you have. I think you will find that 98% of the people here are non-judgemental about others experiences... anyhow, welcome, and I hope that we will be able to get to know you better!

If you feel shame, guilt or any emotion coz of sexual abuse which is by touch, penetration,visial (Made to watch a person masturbate, Forced to watch porn) Verbally, and the list goes on.
